I liked that the property has a shuttle and when it is not running I really like that the front desk calls a taxi and provides them with a voucher. This takes the sting out of having to come from the airport because it’s about $18 each direction and adds up. The breakfast included was ok, but being a buffet that runs for a few hours it’s understandable that it’s basic. I like that the dining area is out near the lobby and comfortable. The only thing which turned me off was that the coffee was so so and worse yet no real milk or cream was provided; only powdered creamer which is full of carcinogens and tastes awful. I skipped the coffee because of these two reasons. The room was exceedingly sparkling clean, and efficiently laid out. I was actually surprised by how large it was! Also a big bonus is that it was extremely quiet!! Staff at the front were super friendly, which is nice when you have been travelling and arrive tired.

The staff kept our room even though we had a 6 hour delay getting there. Called and they kept the room for us. Allowed us to have some extra time at checkout if we needed that. Had our to go breakfast ready and brought it to us as we checked out. Taxi was there withing 2 minutes of request time. Temperature control was good even on very cold early morning arrival. Thanks much for pleasant stays (coming and and going out).

Staff were excellent and informative. Got us through the check-in process quickly so we could get to our room after a long drive of 13 hours). Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great selection of just about everything and what was supposed to be hot was actually hot and what was supposed to be cold was actually cold. Food or drinks never seemed to run out as there was always someone replenishing.

- We could get early check-in (Navid and Mosa helped us). - The rooms were really large, equipped and clean. - The hotel offers a good complementary hot breakfast. - It has a good gym, pool and jacuzzi. - The staff were very friendly and helpful including the general manager; Hamid, the receptionists; Navid, Mosa and Anna and the kitchen lady Ema.

Close to airport and main highways which means noise levels are high but the sound proof in the room made a huge difference. you could not hear any noise from outside.
